What is Project Labor Agreement?
A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) is a comprehensive, uniform labor agreement that standardizes contract terms among various crafts for the duration of a project. It is a valuable construction management tool for substantial cost savings, productivity, job stability, timely completion and quality work.
